Before joining Cisco, he was the CEO and CTO for SyPixx Networks where he was responsible for product design and direction of a suite of IP-based digital video products and solutions delivering broadcast quality digital video, audio and data to users over standard Ethernet/IP and fiber optic networks to the security, infrastructure and transportation markets. Cisco Systems acquired SyPixx in April of 2006.

John SteenExecutive Vice President of SalesJohn Steen currently serves as Executive Vice President of Sales for Next Level Security Systems. Prior to joining Next Level, Steen served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for Arecont Vision where he was in charge of developing a national and global plan for major accounts and distribution.
Prior to Arecont Vision, Mr. Steen served for more than three years as National Sales Manager for Axis Communications. During that time he successfully developed and implemented aggressive sales and marketing plans that drove the company's network video products and services. Mr. Steen has also held engineering and sales management roles in the automatic identification and data capture industry. Industry colleagues elected John to the Bar Code Technical Symbology Committee (BCST), a group responsible for evaluating and approving the majority of bar code standards in use to date. |

Bill JacobsVice President, Access ControlBill Jacobs has more than 27 years of experience in security management and has the very unique qualification of having been a client, thus understanding security from an end-user's perspective. During the course of his career, he's worked in the capacity as an operations manager for a large systems integrator, as a security design consultant in his own practice, and as a security/risk manager for multiple high-tech companies. He recently served as the Director of Physical Security and Integrated Building Technologies for Cisco Systems for 15 years.He is internationally recognized and has spoken at many leading industry conferences. Jacobs holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Control Systems and achieved CPP certification in 1990.
