RMS Overview

With our remote access capabilities, you can access, configure and monitor all aspects of your security system from anywhere and at any time through a web browser.  In addition, you can update software remotely, eliminating the need for on-site support. 

Our system enhances your mobility by giving you access to events and video from your smart phone or other mobile device.   You can even set up specific event alert to automatically notify you via SMS message on your mobile phone. 

• Remote access - Remotely access all system features through a Web browser including camera settings, live surveillance video, door controls, and more. 
• Multi-site operation - Seamlessly connect sites to manage a multi-site security infrastructure from a central location on a consolidated interface. Display video across multiple sites simultaneously.
• Enhanced mobility - Access events and video anywhere from supported mobile devices.
• Report generation - Generate interesting reports based on events and analytics data across multiple sites.
• SMS/Email notification - SMS or email messages for user defined events including system health are automatically sent to mobile devices. 
• Remote software updates - NLSS Gateway software can be updated remotely, eliminating the need for on-site support.
• Advance hardware replacement- An extended warranty is included for NLSS Gateways with an RSM package. Next Level will replace all hardware in the event of a malfunction to help you avoid downtime.
• Remote configuration backup - Backup all database configurations on the NLSS Gateway and connected devices to eliminate downtime in the event of a catastrophe.
• Configuration replication - NLSS Gateway configurations will replicate when replacing damaged hardware or adding new facilities to avoid costly and dangerous downtime.
