Next Level Security Systems Boosts Industry Expertise with Key Appointments

Industry veterans bring extensive industry experience to newly formed company

Carlsbad, Calif. – March 2, 2010 – Next Level Security Systems, (www.nlss.com), a
manufacturer of a new breed of unified, networked security solutions, has appointed three key
individuals to its team of security industry veterans to sales and business development roles.

Jumbi Edulbehram has been named Vice President of Business Development; Bill Jacobs joins as
Vice President of Access Control; and David Wedel will serve as Regional Sales Director.

Edulbehram will lead business development efforts for Next Level Security Systems. Prior to
joining the company, he was Director of Business Development at Axis Communications, where
he was responsible for the technology partnership program, consultant (A&E) program, industry
liaison program, and for developing new business in industry segments such as retail, government
and transportation. He was also responsible for strategic new business initiatives such as the
Axis’ Video Hosting System. Prior to Axis, he was Vice President of Strategic Marketing and
Business Development at IntelliVid, a provider of unique intelligent video analysis software for
the retail market; IntelliVid was acquired by Tyco/ADT in 2008.

Bill Jacobs has more than 27 years of experience in security management and has the very unique
qualification of having been a client, thus understanding security from an end-user's perspective.
During the course of his career, he has worked in the capacity as an operations manager for a
large systems integrator, as a security design consultant in his own practice and as a security/risk
manager for multiple high-tech companies. He recently served as the Director of Physical
Security and Integrated Building Technologies for Cisco Systems for 15 years. He is
internationally recognized and has spoken at many leading industry conferences.

Wedel has extensive experience in the industry and proven success in the sales arena for
numerous organizations. He most recently served as Executive Vice President, Director of Sales
at Ionit Technologies. Prior to his tenure at Ioinit, he served as Product Sales Specialist at Cisco
Systems and Western Regional Sales Manager at SyPixx Networks.
